Sweetgrass & Sage is a dining experience created by Chef Amethyst. It focuses on tying in aspects of Gullah Geechee cuisine, with the cuisines of the African diaspora and the diasporas of the many other people in America. Diners will experience a family style meal that is reminiscent of a Sunday supper.
